It is from Spirited Away aka "Sen to Chihiro no kamikakushi" by the legendary Hayao Miyazaki. The same guy who produced Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle, Totoro and many more. If somehow you have never watched any of the animation mentioned aboved, you can really start with spirited away first.
